Lawrance Nai didn't set out to become a teacher. He set out to serve — and that calling has never left him.
After years of service as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy, Lawrance brought the same discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence into the classroom. For over a decade, he has taught Mathematics, History, and Personal Finance across multiple Idaho school districts, earning recognition as one of the region's most dedicated and effective educators.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Brigham Young University (Phi Beta Kappa honor society) and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education. He has been nominated multiple times for the Gilder Lehrman History Teacher of the Year Award and received the TMF NW Region Award through his work as a Character Does Matter Facilitator with the Travis Manion Foundation.
Outside the classroom, Lawrance coaches football and basketball and hosts the Epic Echoes podcast, where he connects historical events to today's most pressing issues.
He founded LN Education because he believes every student deserves the kind of personalized, character-driven instruction that transforms not just their grades — but their lives.
